Bittersweet
Brett and I are heading to Seattle tonight. And we'll be leaving Kennedy with Brett's parents from this afternoon to Sunday night. We have never left her before, and I am really sad! I am excited to have a weekend away, check out a new city, meet up with friends, etc, but I am so sad to leave Kennedy for so long! If we took her with us, we would all be miserable (since we're driving and not stopping at all while we're there), so it really is for the best. But we will miss her terribly and already look forward to seeing her on Sunday night!

I hope you have a blast! Kennedy will be fine - it will be way harder for you than for her. Let us know when you find the perfect little subdivision that we can be neighbors in :)
Aw, don't worry about her too much or you won't have any fun. She'll be in good hands and will be super excited to see you guys when you get back. Pike Place Market is going to be awesome! Have fun!
Enjoy kids! You miss her, but Gramma is getting in some good lovin' time.. it's a good thing!
Its always hard to leave babies for short periods or time or for longer! Enjoy your break though sounds wonderful! We lived in Seattle for a little while growing up and I loved it!
ok,... that answers my last question! :) I know... Will is almost five and a half and outside of the Father & Sons outing last year that he and Brent went on...I've never left him overnight! Way to go!! :)
