I know that this is the kind of post that you would usually find on Valentine's Day or an anniversary, neither of which is today, but I woke up this morning very much in love with my husband. I find that I love him more and more as time goes on and he has some wonderful qualities that spur that on.
1. Loyalty - This was one of the first things that I noticed about him. He is loyal to friends, family, work and anything else that he invests his time in.
2. Love for Family - One of the things that I loved about him from the beginning was his love for his family, and not just his parents. He loves each and every one of his 7 brothers and sisters. He talks to them, worries about them, has fun with them. It was a great indicator to me how he would be with me and our children.
3. Hard Working - Brett is one of the hardest working people I have ever known. He is a machine when it comes to doing housework or whatever his position is at work at the moment. He is always a favorite of his employers and always finds the most efficient way to do a job.
4. A Sense of Wonder - Brett and I are awed by different things much of the time, but I love that he finds joy and wonder in things that this world has to offer. While I am speechless at the Sistine Chapel and Sainte Chappelle, Brett is speechless when it comes to anatomy and microbiology. I love that he has such a passion for the body and how amazing it is.
5. Loving - Brett has never left me in any doubt about how he feels for me or for Kennedy. I know he loves me and would do anything for me. He makes me feel safe and I know that I have a wonderful father for my children.
I am so happy that I married Brett more than 2 years ago and that we are starting a family together. I love him more than I can say and I look forward to many more years together.

You are so sweet! Brett is a great guy for you. So when I was reading this blog, jack johnson's banana pancakes started playing and it reminded me of when we first listened to the cd in our dorm room and the do you remember song came on and we both said how cute at the same time (ignore the run-on sentence). How fitting for this blog. And on a side note, do you still have your christmas tree up in Feb in the pictures below? :)
How sweet! Sounds like a great husband! Isn't it great to have a great husband and father! Cute picture of them in the snow!
He is a great guy, you guys are both so great. Phil and I were talking about it yesterday and we deemed you guys some of our very best married friends. :) We REALLY miss you!
That was disgustingly adorable. Haha. I'm so glad that he brings you such joy. That is exactly what a friend wants to hear. :)
He is one lucky guy too! What a sweet wife you are....you two are made for each other and such incredible people! I think Brett must have gained his sense of loyalty, hard work, honesty and humility from the two great people that raised him...these were the qualities that stuck out (and continue to) to me when I met Jesse! Lucky to be a Lee! :)
