The bottom shelf of our bookshelf is reserved for Kennedy's toys. Everyday she looks in there and finds fun things to play with. Lately she has decided though that the shelf itself is more fun than the toys.
Once all of the toys are out, she climbs in and sits in the shelf. She will play with the toys that are still in there, but she just loves to sit in it! She will get too big for it soon enough, but it's quite entertaining for the moment. And she's so happy!
And for a Valentine's Day report: it was great! When Brett came home he brought me a beautiful bouquet of roses and pink lilies, a box of cookies, and a poem that he had written me. He even brought Kennedy a strawberry snack that she loved. We went to PF Chang's for dinner, which was delicious, and then we went to a dance that our church put on. It was way more fun than I thought it would be, since I haven't been to a church dance since high school. It was very successful and we had a great day!

Please tell me you had the lettuce wraps!
I love how you can spend hundreds of dollars on toys... and babies/kids are content with things like bookshelves and boxes!
I can't believe how big she's getting! She looks like a toddler instead of a baby in these pictures. Creative kid too :)
I have a picture of my friend and I that looks exactly like that when we were her age. We would sit in the shelves of my mom's furniture. She looks so cute!
Kennedy is getting SO BIG! Seems like you just announced your pregnancy in RS! How cute. Sounds like your v-day was awesome too- I'm glad the dance was good- Last year if I remember right it was pretty lame and I was disappointed because I miss going to dances! Oh, and PF Chang's is the best... That may be my next request whenever we go out again...
Mmmm, PF Changs. Maybe we should go there for our Valentine's date! (We're celebrating this weekend...)
i love Kennedy's adorable pirate outfit in that picture....I wonder who could have bought it for her?!?!?!
